Peace Rally at JFK Federal Building
September 6, 2002

September 6, 2002. Boston, MA. A group of peace activists walked through communities in Boston to engage in dialogue about the potential invasion of Iraq and current humanitarian crisis in Iraq. A rally was held in front of the JFK Federal Building at the end of the walk. The walk was initiated by Nipponzan Myohoji, a Buddist order based at the Peace Pagoda in Leverett, MA, and was co-sponsored by the American Friends Service Committtee, Agape Community, and Ipswich House of Peace.
